As far as we can remember, we’ve had a passion for property and building a life of financial freedom.
We’ve always loved talking all things real estate together, and during our own property investment journey, we realised that our buying experience was similar.
There was a lot of (mis)information out there and we both suffered from analysis paralysis, too afraid to pull the trigger in fear of making the wrong move.
Although educational, this long period of inaction was costly. Had we bought our first investment properties sooner, our portfolios would have reaped the benefits.
It was apparent that we, as property buyers were severely underrepresented and real estate agents certainly weren’t on our team.
This brought us together to create Core Property Buyers. We are passionate about helping first home buyers and investors acquire high performing property, whilst knowing that their best interests are looked after.
Saul has a background in property development and possesses a profound understanding of Australia’s real estate sector. His passion for property investment has led him to help countless buyers scale their property portfolio.
Teagan comes from the start-up world, with experience scaling venture backed businesses, helping them achieve operational efficiency, negotiate corporate partnerships and grow new acquisition channels.
